If you've ever looked for work while managing a disability, caring for a family member, or re-entering the workforce after time away, you already know the problem.

The jobs are out there. Finding them is the hard part.

You open six tabs. One site wants an account before it will show you anything. Another buries the accessibility information three clicks deep. A third posts a "remote" role that turns out to be hybrid, three states away. By the time you've filtered out the noise, you've spent an evening and applied to nothing.

We heard this from members over and over. So we did something about it.

Today we're opening the New Hope Advocacy Jobs Hub — three connected job sources, built for the people we serve, and free to browse.

Three doors into the same goal: real work, real income, real independence

We didn't want to build another job board that scrapes whatever it can find. We wanted sources you can trust. So the Jobs Hub is split into three sections, each with a different purpose.

1. US Government & Partner Jobs — verified, official, and updated automatically

Explore Government & Partner Jobs →

Federal employment is one of the most stable, benefit-rich paths available — and historically one of the most confusing to navigate. This section pulls positions directly through secure connections to USAJobs.gov and vetted partner platforms.

That word directly matters. These aren't reposted listings from an aggregator that copied someone else who copied someone else. They come from the official source, and every listing links straight back to the real application page.

You'll find everything from analyst and program roles to senior technical and leadership positions, with a heavy concentration of fully remote work. Filter by source and by work arrangement to see only what fits your life.

2. Live Job Feeds — updated continuously, all day

See Live Job Feeds →

This is the fastest-moving section. It syndicates in real time from employer boards, diversity-focused hiring partners, and remote-work networks — some listings appear within hours of being published.

What makes it genuinely different is how it's organized. Alongside standard categories like engineering, management, and education, you'll find categories built around the sectors our community works in and cares about: Autism, Intellectual Disability, Health & Behavior, and Living.

If you're looking for work that connects to lived experience — yours or your family's — start here.

3. Direct Employer Jobs — roles posted straight to us

Browse the Job Board →

These are openings posted directly by employers and agencies working in the disability services sector — the case managers, direct support professionals, program coordinators, administrative staff, and specialists who keep this community running.

Filter by employment type (full-time, part-time, contract, internship), by location type (remote, on-site, hybrid), and by the skills you actually have. No account required to look.

If you work at an agency and you're hiring, this is your section too. Posting a role here puts it in front of an audience that already understands the work.

Built the way the rest of our site is built: accessible first

A job board nobody can use isn't a job board. Every page in the Jobs Hub inherits the accessibility tools already built into New Hope Advocacy:

  • Listen mode — have pages read aloud instead of read on screen
  • Adjustable text size — resize without breaking the layout
  • Language selection — translate the site into your preferred language
  • Keyboard-friendly navigation and clean structure for screen readers
  • No paywall, no forced signup to browse

You should be able to job hunt on your own terms. That's the whole point.

The part that makes this different from every other job site

Here's what nobody else offers.

Finding the job is step one. Step two is the paperwork — and for our members, that step is often the one that stops everything.

Employment applications, vocational rehabilitation referrals, accommodation requests, benefits documentation, disability verification, IEP and transition plans, past evaluations, résumés, certifications. Scattered across boxes, email attachments, filing cabinets, and three different agencies.

Your free New Hope Advocacy member account already solves that. Register for your free account here. Your documents live in one secure, HIPAA-compliant place, and you can share them instantly, with an employer, a VR counselor, a support coordinator, or a family member, the moment they're needed.

So the flow becomes simple:

Find the opening. Pull your documents. Apply. Share what's needed, instantly.

No scrambling. No "I'll send that over next week." No missed deadline because a form was in a box in the garage.

We've been at this since 2012

New Hope Advocacy has spent more than a decade helping individuals and families navigate disability services, special education, elderly care, and veteran support across the United States. The Jobs Hub is the natural next step — because advocacy that stops short of economic independence isn't finished.

Employment isn't just income. It's routine, community, purpose, and the ability to make your own choices.
