Lifeline Free Wireless Cell Phone Service
It is a government supported free cell phone service for Massachusetts residents with limited incomes. There are no contracts or monthly fees. You are eligible for Lifeline if you participate in MassHealth / Medicaid , LIHEAP Fuel Assistance, Food Stamps, TAFDC, EAEDC, SSI.
