If you provide special education support, disability services, therapy, respite care, advocacy, or any other service families rely on, you already know the hardest part isn't the work. It's being found by the people who need you.
Families searching for help are often overwhelmed, under a deadline, and unsure where to start. They don't want a search engine full of ads. They want a trusted place to look. That's what New Hope Advocacy has been building since 2012 — and your agency can be part of it.
Here's what agencies most often ask before they add their agency.
What Do You Actually Get When You List Your Agency?
A listing here isn't just a name and a phone number sitting on a page. Every agency account unlocks a full set of tools built specifically for organizations serving the disability community. You can see the complete breakdown on our Agency Features page, but here's the short version.
Will Families Be Able to Find You?
Your agency gets a spot in our searchable nationwide directory. Members and visitors browsing Find Agencies can filter by state, by location, and by the specific services you offer, using an interactive map and search tools.
That means a parent two towns over looking for exactly what you do can find you in seconds — instead of never knowing you existed.
Can You Host Events Without Juggling Five Different Tools?
Yes. You can create and manage in-person, virtual, and hybrid events directly from your agency dashboard, complete with ticketing, attendee registration, and QR code check-in at the door.
Running a virtual session? Zoom is built right in. Every virtual event generates personalized join links for your attendees, and you don't need your own Zoom account to make it work. Your events also appear on our News & Events page, putting them in front of members who are already looking for support in your area.
What If Your Best Content Is Already Recorded?
Publish it to the Webinar Library. Upload your recorded webinars along with downloadable resources, and offer them free or paid.
This is one of the quietest but most valuable features we offer. A workshop you ran once in March can keep reaching families in September, November, and next year. It works while you're busy doing everything else.
How Do You Fill Open Positions Faster?
Staffing shortages are one of the most common frustrations agencies bring to us. Our platform lets you post openings straight to the Job Board, then review and manage applications in one place.
If writing job descriptions is the part that always gets pushed to next week, our AI-powered assistant will generate a professional draft for you. You edit, you approve, you post.
And because our job board sits inside a community of people who already care about disability services, you're reaching candidates who understand the work.
Can You Give Something Back to the Community You Serve?
You can publish special offers and benefits for members — discounts, free consultations, priority scheduling, whatever fits your model. These appear on our Offers & Benefits page.
It's a genuine way to support families who are often stretched thin financially, and it tends to be one of the strongest drivers of engagement with new clients.
What If You Want More Visibility Than a Standard Listing?
You can run advertisements across the platform. Your ads reach members and families who are actively searching for services like yours — not a broad, untargeted audience that happens to scroll past.
Who Is This Platform Actually For?
This is a good fit if you are:
- A disability services provider or nonprofit
- A special education advocate or consultant
- A therapy practice (speech, occupational, physical, behavioral)
- A respite, in-home care, or day program provider
- A legal advocate working in IEP, IDEA, or disability rights cases
- An assistive technology or accessibility service provider
- A training organization or conference host serving this field
If families in the disability community are your clients, your listing belongs in the directory.
It also helps to understand the other side of the platform. Take a look at Member Features to see exactly what our members get and how they use the site — that context makes it much easier to shape a listing that speaks to them.
What Does It Cost, and Is There a Trial?
Every plan includes a 2-month free trial, so you can build out your listing, publish content, and see real results before you commit.
| Plan | Price |
|---|---|
| 1 Month | $44.99 |
| 3 Months | $125.00 |
| 6 Months | $260.00 |
| 1 Year | $550.00 |
Payments are processed securely through Authorize.Net, and subscriptions renew automatically. You can manage or cancel yours anytime from your account dashboard — no phone calls, no retention scripts.
How Long Does It Take to Get Listed?
Most agencies finish the form in under ten minutes. Before you start, have these ready:
- Basic information — your agency name and description
- Address — street, city, state, and zip so you appear correctly in map and location searches
- Contact details — up to two phone numbers, two email addresses, and your website (note: your first email becomes your login)
- Services offered — up to four service categories, which is how families filter and find you
- Payment information — card details for your chosen plan
A quick tip on step four: be specific. "Autism services" is fine, but "ABA therapy," "IEP advocacy," "speech therapy," and "respite care" are the terms parents actually type into a search box.
Ready when you are — head to Add Your Agency to get started.
Already Registered? What's Next?
If your agency is already on the platform, sign in here to update your listing, schedule your next event, publish a webinar, post a job, or launch an offer.
And if you've had a listing sitting untouched for a while, this is your nudge. A refreshed description, current service tags, and one upcoming event can meaningfully change how often families reach out.
