How to Join as a Member (About 2 Minutes)
- Go to the registration page.
- Choose a username. It becomes your new email address, for example [email protected].
- Enter your current email address and a password, and choose your membership type.
- Click Start Free Trial. No card needed.
- Open the welcome email and click the link to verify your email address. This also switches on sending from your new inbox.
Your first 15 minutes: create a few folders (School, Medical, Legal, Benefits), upload the documents you will need at your next meeting, and invite a family member to link accounts with you.

- Virtual and hybrid events get a Zoom meeting automatically, with a personal join link for every attendee. No Zoom account needed.

- Fill in the Add Your Agency form: your agency name, contact details, services and a short description. No card needed.
- Check your inbox for your login details, then log in and complete your profile.
- Our team reviews every new agency, so families can trust the directory. We'll email you as soon as you are approved.
- Once approved, your listing goes live and your 30 days begin. Start posting events, jobs, offers and webinars.

Questions
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. Members and agencies can sign up and use every feature for 30 days without entering any payment details.
Is anything locked during the free trial?
No. Members get full access straight away. Agencies get full access as soon as their listing is approved.
Can I manage records for my child or another family member?
Yes. Use family linking to connect accounts, so the people who support each other can work from the same records.
Do agencies need their own Zoom account for virtual events?
No. Zoom meetings are created for you, and every attendee gets their own join link.
Why do agencies need approval?
Families rely on our directory to find real, local help. A quick review of every new agency keeps it trustworthy. You can log in and complete your profile while we review it.
My agency is already listed in the directory. Should I sign up again?
Please don't. Contact us instead, and we'll connect your existing listing to a login, so families keep seeing one up-to-date listing.
